Ndoto Compass has taken on the responsibility to confront the ever-accelerating pace of climate change and the rising rates of unemployment among the youth head-on. We have established an incubation and acceleration program aimed at addressing this challenge.

Our program offers a holistic approach, encompassing mentorship, specialized training, networking opportunities, and access to funding sources for young entrepreneurs with technology-driven, innovative solutions.

We are particularly committed to bolstering one key sector: Climate – Infusing Technology into these sub categories (WASH, Agri-Food, Hospitality, Construction, Smart Mobility and Clean Energy).
